IIIb. Michnievwcz then presented his research regarding the fawn and nitrate loading. ,the <br /> applicant agreed to plant a grass recommended by Bob which would result in less fertilizing and <br /> nitrate loading. The applicant would limit the lawn area no larger than 7,000 sq. ft. and <br /> afterwards do an "as built"to prove that that's all they have. <br /> Lotion made# seconded and unanimously carred to approve the plan with an Order of <br /> Conditions that the phragites plan will be handled by an amended order and the lawn W1ll be <br /> limited to 7,000 sq. ft. in accord with the boilerplate nitrogen clause. <br /> 7.55 p,m,, Peter Hinden, 127 Shore Ernie (install sod and replace previous sod lawn). Mr. <br /> Henden was present. Bob asked Mr. Henden if he would be Wiling to subsitute sod with a grass <br /> mix of his(Bob's) recommendation. An alternabve would be proof that the ground water flows in <br /> the direction of the sound and not in the direction of other lawns, in which case the sod would <br /> not be an issue. The applicant chose the latter. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to May 13 at :oo <br /> p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 8.00 p.m., Cream Developers, 31 Maines Circle (add deck stairs, proposed stairway, <br /> landscaping, and crista pruning). No one was present to represent the applicant. It was agreed <br /> that the applicant must present everything on one plan. <br /> Lotion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to May 13 at 8:05 p.m. <br /> If the applicant does not wish to accept this continuance, the application vAll be denied. <br /> 8:05 p.m., Little Neck Bay Association, 102 Tide Run (install 1,000 gallon leaching pit). <br /> Bobrecommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the pi n. <br /> 8:10 p.m.. Little Neck Bay Association, 63 Watedine Drive South (cert and remove pavement, <br /> replace with crushed stone). Bob recommended appr v 1. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 8:15 p.m., John Hutchins, 30 ulcer's Road (deck renovation, stone wall, mitigation plantings). <br /> Peter Do yns represented the applicant and described the plan.
