4444&1 • Town <br /> ` 16 Great Neck Roach North <br /> �l:�LEI Mashpee, Massachusetts02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1725 Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Lars, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room One, on April 29, 2004 at 7:05 p.m. on the application of Nicholas <br /> T garis for construction of Section I OA Float, timber walkway and path at 13 9 Fide Run, <br /> Assessors Map 120, Block 179. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on bile with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concession. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of :oo and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice' of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 8 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
