4 <br /> Town <br /> 16 Great Deck Roach worth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Daus, a public hearing wih be held at the Mashpee Town lull in <br /> Conference Room one, Main Lobby, on May 13, 2004 at 7:45 p.m. on the application of <br /> Anthony Cjugiulo to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-2171 to construct a <br /> supplemental 3' high retaining wall and mitigation plantings at 11 Ocean Bluff'Drive, <br /> Assessor's Map 123, Block 198. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Cornission. <br /> John J. Fits mons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4-00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, Will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Mall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
