F . <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts o " <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Daws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpe Town HaM in <br /> Conference Room One on June 24, 2004 at 8:15 p.m. on the application of Steven Begin <br /> o rebuild and repair an existing failed stone revetment at 50 Triton way and Coastal <br /> Beach.seaward of 50 Triton Way, Assessors Map 127, Blocks 84& 89. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on.file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Comrm*ssion. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> J Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE.- - Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Rall not less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Oce for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
