Fitzsfimons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at. the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours o :00 and 4:00,Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, tune and place, wiff be published at <br /> least five clays in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
