OP <br /> . own of Mashpee <br /> • 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachues 02649 <br /> LE <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee wetlands Protection Bylaw, <br /> Chapter 172, a public hearing wiH be held at the Mashpee Town -Hail in Conference <br /> Room One, Main Lobby, on July 22, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. on the application of Charles <br /> Viglas for an after the-fact-approval to maintain a pier, rarnp, float and seawall per DEP <br /> interim approval #6955 with reconstructed pier. and new float configuration with water <br /> and electric services at 10 Spoondrift Circle, Assessors Map 111, Block 117. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00,, Monday through Friday. <br /> TT : Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Mmes. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours advance. <br /> You may also contact the newest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Oce for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
