Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of :00 and 4:001, Monday through Friday. <br /> 1T Notice of the public hearmng, including date, time and place, mill be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tunes. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You.may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
