•� Town Mas4pee <br /> • 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02643 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172 Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws,, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee 'down Hall in <br /> Conference Room One on August 5, 2004 at :oo p.m. on the application of Richard <br /> Sieklucki to build a recreational dock on Catau.mn Pond at 143 Ninigret Avenue, <br /> Assessors Map 65, Block 504& 50B. <br /> Pt <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mwhpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> Johnit su*mons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and :00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE. Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 8 hours in advance. <br /> You .may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
