I ASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> !Minutes of August 5, 2004 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> 1ashpee Town Hail Meeting Room 'I <br /> Commissioners present: Jack Fitzsimmons,mons, Chairman,, Michael Talbot, Vice Chairman, Boyd <br /> Allen, Cass Costa, ,Jeffrey Cross, Stephanie Jones, and Ralph Shaw. <br /> Staff present: Frances Wise, Board Secretary. <br /> Jack Fitzsimmons,mons, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> Public Comment: None <br /> Non-Hearing A-genda <br /> Old Business; <br /> 1. Update of'Regulations. Regarding mitigations plantings,, Michael recommended that vire a <br /> change the spacing requirement of plantings (shrubs in particular) from 5 ft. to -4 ft. This <br /> would provide more rapid revegetation of these sites and prevent invasives from conning in. <br /> b Encourage the use of native plants,, and c If an "diameter free is removed,'it must be <br /> replaced With an " diameter tree or 2" diameter trees. <br /> New Business. None. <br /> Deanna Aenda <br /> 7:00 p.m., Bayswater Development, LL C, 73 Seanest Drive (continued from 5/27/04). <br /> Michael said that Bob's notes state that we are still gaiting for confirmation from the Cape Cod <br /> Commis ion that the litigation has been settled. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to September 2nd at <br /> p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:05 p.m.,, Steven H ell in, 50 Triton Way and Coastal Beach seaward (continued from 7/8/04), 4 <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to August le at <br /> p.m.,, at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:10 .m., Bayview Townhouse Condominium, 381 Great Oak Road (trim branches over <br /> bog). Michael said that Bob has recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the application, <br /> 7:15 p.m., ,carnes Crocker Jr., Trustee, 14 Sampson's Mill Road (continued from 7/22104). <br /> Scott Horsley represented the applicant and presented the plan.
