Staff present: Frances Wise, Board Secretary. Jack Fitzsimmons,mons, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. Public Comment: None Non-Hearing A-genda Old Business; 1. Update of'Regulations. Regarding mitigations plantings,, Michael recommended that vire a change the spacing requirement of plantings (shrubs in particular) from 5 ft. to -4 ft. This would provide more rapid revegetation of these sites and prevent invasives from conning in. b Encourage the use of native plants,, and c If an "diameter free is removed,'it must be replaced With an " diameter tree or 2" diameter trees.
