Town-ofMas Pee <br /> • <br /> 16 Great Neck Roach North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter '13 1, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room Three on September 2, 2004 at 7:55 p.m. on the application of Frieda <br /> D. warny, Trustee to add to existing residence, (garage, enlarged master bedroom, <br /> closet, porch) including changes to driveway, walkway, landscape and septic system at <br /> 18 Cross'Free'may, assessors Map 112, Block 22. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent'and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be Banned at the office of the -Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission beta een the hours o ;00 and 4:0 , Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: loose of the public hearing, including state; time and place, will! be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tunes.
