A. Guidelines for Activities within Naturally vegetated Buffer Strips. He distributed to the <br /> members his most recent draft on this subject to include paragraph 2 on page 2. The members <br /> agreed that this should read: No new view corridors wiH be permitted where existing views/view <br /> corridors equal or exceed that described rn the underlined passage above. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to adopt the above change, pending the public <br /> hearing scheduled for April 7, 2005. <br /> B. Bob distributed to the members a document from the Mate Executive office of <br /> Environmental Affairs, Coastal Zone Management regarding Land Subject to Coastal Storm <br /> Flowage by the Coastal Floodplain Task Force, presented to DEP July 14, 1995. He said <br /> everything through item 3 is already in our regulations. New language has been added starting <br /> with item 4--for which he.recommended adoption. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to adopt this change, pending the public <br /> hearing scheduled for April 7, 2005. <br /> C. Rules for Hiring outside Consultants undo GL Chapter 44,, Section 53 G. Bob distributed <br /> to the members his most recent draft, wherein paragraph 3 clarifies the language. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to adopt this revision, pending the public <br /> hearing scheduled for April 7, 2005. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1. Emergency Certificate to AFCEE for failure to request an extension to the order of <br /> Conditions (SE 43,1761)which has now expired. Bob distributed this form to the members for <br /> their signature and will ask Mike to come in to sign it also. <br /> Hean"ng Agenda <br /> 7:00 p.m.,Mote Swan Corp., 333 Simmon's Narrow Road (continued from 2/17/05). <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuance to April 2 1 t 7:00 <br /> p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:05 p.m., Kenneth Jones,28 Great River Road (rebuild entry driveway, construct brie <br /> patio/walk-way, light post, landscaping and retaining wall). <br /> Motion made seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuance to April 7t'at 7:15 <br /> p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:1 p.m., Steven Hynds, 333 Monornoscoy Road (barn). -Steve described the plan and <br /> recon vended approval. <br /> 2 <br />
