, Town Mashpee , 16 Great Neck Road North IMS M sh , Ma&whus tts 02649 In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation lam' Cha ter 172, Rules and RegWations concemmg wetlands,, and Chapter 1 1, Section 40, Massachusetts General Laves, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in Conference Room One, Main Lobby, on May 19, 2005 at 8:05 p.m. on the application of Toni Smith to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-2126 to install an underground fine nder ound line to service house and boathouse, proposed additions to front and back of house, reconfiguration of existing pier, ramp, and float, widening of the deck repair, delete proposed stone stairs at stone revetment at 226 Monom scot'Road, Assessor's Map 114, Bloch 4 . In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the-Mahpe Conservation'- Conurission. John J.,Fitzsimmons Chairman Copies of the ' Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation Com ssion between the hours of 8:oo and 4:00, Monday through Friday. NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, ll be published at least five days in advance in the M shpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance.
