, Town Mashpee , <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> IMS M sh , Ma&whus tts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation lam' Cha ter <br /> 172, Rules and RegWations concemmg wetlands,, and Chapter 1 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room One, Main Lobby, on May 19, 2005 at 8:05 p.m. on the application of <br /> Toni Smith to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-2126 to install an underground <br /> fine <br /> nder ound <br /> line to service house and boathouse, proposed additions to front and back of house, <br /> reconfiguration of existing pier, ramp, and float, widening of the deck repair, delete <br /> proposed stone stairs at stone revetment at 226 Monom scot'Road, Assessor's Map 114, <br /> Bloch 4 . <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the-Mahpe Conservation'- <br /> Conurission. <br /> John J.,Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the ' Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Com ssion between the hours of 8:oo and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, ll be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the M shpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of En-vironmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
