Town Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> aELSE Mashpee,Massahuse's 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172 Rules and regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 1 l Section 40 <br /> l <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, -a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee `own Hall in <br /> Conference Room one, Main Lobby, on July 14, 2005 at 7:40 p.m. on the application o <br /> Kenneth Liatsos to arnend the order of Conditions for S -2031 for authorization for <br /> post-storm nourishment of the coastal bank/coastal beach to mitigate destructive storm <br /> impacts at 118 Shore Drive West, Assessor's Map 132, Block 12. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined -at the office of the Mashpee <br /> .
