4. -Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road Alorh <br /> � <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Le <br /> In accordance With the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws,, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room One on August 11, 2005 at 8-20 p.m. on the application ofThomas <br /> Iargan to demolish an existing house, construct a new house, garage, porches, patios, <br /> paved driveway, retaining al-Is, Title v septic system, utility services, associated <br /> grading, and mitigating plantings at 5 Ineatena Road, Assessors Map 123, Block 71. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsi=ons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be exannned at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4-00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, tirne and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice Will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
