Town of <br /> • 16 Great Reck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference boon one, Main Lobby, on August 11, 2005 at 8:05 p.m. on the appfic tion <br /> f New Seabury Properties, LLC to amend the order of Conditions for S -1962 for <br /> authorization for post-storm beach nourishment of the coastal bank/coastal beach to <br /> mitigate destructive storm Impacts with maintenance ir' perpetuity at Sandy Beach, <br /> Assessor's Maps 123, 127, 125, 131, & 132. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of intent and plans on fie with the Nl shpee Conservation <br /> conmssion. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons + <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Cominission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tunes. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
