F <br /> Town oMashpee <br /> 16 <br /> Great Neck Roar North <br /> Mse , Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordancewith the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section. 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, a pubfic hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room 'Tree, (lower level), on August 2 , 2005 at 7: 0 p. , on the <br /> application of New Seabury Properties, ILC to amend the Order of Conditions for S <br /> 43-1962 for authorization for post-storm beach nourishment of the coastal bank/coastal <br /> beach to mitigate destructive storm impacts with maintenance in perpetuity at -Sandy <br /> Beach, Assessor's Maps 123, 127, 128, 131, & 132. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsinunons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be eannined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> OTE Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod T'me . Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department ofEnvironmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
