r <br /> + <br /> REP f <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> - 16 Great Neck Road Alor-h <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 5 <br /> A <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Regulations concenu'ng wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing Will be held at the Mashpee Town Miall in <br /> Conference Room Three, Lower Level, on August 25, 2005 at 8:15 p.m. on the <br /> application of Mashpee Investors 41 LLC to amend the order of Conditions for S 43- <br /> 2057 for a vista prun g at 688 great Neck Road South, Assessor's Map 104, Block 80. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Conunission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> C hairrnan <br /> Copies of the Notice- of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> DOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 8 hours-in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest :Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information-about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
