Fitzsfinmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 5:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wiH be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Fines. Notice vel <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Enviromnental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
