Steve said <br /> we received yesterday National Heritage's comments on the project, which we will discuss at the <br /> next meeting when there is representation from BSC. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to October e at 7 p.m., <br /> t the request of the applicant. <br /> :05 p.m., Tom Smith, 226 M nomoscoy Road (continued from 8/25/05). Ed Pe ce represented <br /> the applicant. He said they hired a certified arborist and he submitted a revised plan. The trees <br /> that they previously planned to remove will now be pruned, and he described other issues agreed <br /> upon by Bob. Bob said they must hire a certified arborist to do the pruning. Steve recommended <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this AOC. <br /> 7.&10 p.m.,Heather Puopolo, 53 Tobis et Street (continued from 8/25/05 . Walter Zurosl y <br /> represented the applicant. He said they are requesting that the project be 48 ft. from the edge of <br /> the wetland instead of 50 ft. Steve said that at the last mming there was not sufficient <br /> information on the plan. The applicant has now submitted an engineered plan and has achieved <br /> 50 fl.. except for a tiny corner of the pool. Steve recommended approval with the stipulation that <br /> they plant a couple of blueberry bushes by the water. Jack pointed out that a fence is required <br /> around a pool, and the fence as well as the work limit must be shown on the plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to October e at 7:50 <br /> p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> p.m., Bob Bortolotti, 39 Redwood Circle *Install driveway, wood chip path walkway). <br /> Richard Cronk represented the applicant. Steve described the plan and recommended approval. <br /> Motion ion made, seconded and unanim usly carried to approve this RDA. <br /> 7:20 p.m., John Newkirk, 1 l James Circle(swmumng pool, equipment building, gas semces, <br /> grading). Dave Sanicl i represented the applicant and described the plan. Steve recommended <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this NOS. <br /> 7:25 p.m., Susana LannickGorstei n, 127 Fide Run(expand room and entrance way). Iris. <br /> Gorstein described the plan. Because we did not have confirmation that the applicant has filed <br /> with the Board of Health, Bob recommended that we issue a provisional approval, and if we find <br /> that the Board of Health finds the plan to be unacceptable, we would have to re-advertise and re'- <br /> open the hearing. Mrs. Gorstein said she thinks the Town of Mashpee owes Bob a lot of thanks <br /> s <br /> for being a very forceful advocate for the environment of this town and is much appreciated by <br /> many, many people. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this RDA.contingent upon the <br /> Board of Health finding the plan to be acceptable. if they find the plan unacceptable, we will <br /> have to re-advertise and re-open the hearing. <br /> 2 <br />
