Creek with associated beach/dune nourishment <br /> of the Popponesset Spit at Po pponesset geek& Spit, Assessor's Map 112, Block 58. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent-and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J.
