Town of M <br /> 16 r <br /> Great Neck Road North <br /> Massachusetts 649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town-of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Ton in <br /> Conference Room one Main Lobby, on October 6, 2005 at :oo p.m. on the application <br /> f Nfichael LeBlanc to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-2352 to add a temporary <br /> access, change a silt fence to hay bales and remove and rebuild a wooden retaining wall <br /> t 141 Daniel's Island Road, Assessor's Map 105, Block 277. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and :001, Monday through Friday. <br /> DOTE; Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
