1 REGULATION I (Part A)- Notice Requirements for Minor Projects <br /> (Part - I Submission of Applications (Requirements); <br /> Requests for Amended orders o ondtons (2) Revised <br /> and Approved <br /> (Part Notice Requirements for Minor Projects: <br /> The following projects generally require no formal applications. If the Commission or <br /> Commission Staff) deems it necessary, a letter may be required describing; a the type and extent of <br /> work to be done, b the site where the work is to be done and c methodology for debris disposal: <br /> exterior repair of existing buildings, including(but not limited to) sidewalls, roofing, <br /> replacement relocation of-doors, windows, etc. <br /> - replacement of decks in the original footprint , and using the same footings, sono tubes, etc. <br /> replacement o -isting ferries, where all work is cone by hand and where no new post hole <br /> (and/or other alterations to the ground surface) are involved. <br /> Where will be no fee associated with these types of work. In the event that them is any dispute <br /> regarding any work being thus exempt(and needing no applications nor fees), the natter will be brought <br /> to the Commission for a vote, <br /> (Part l 1 Submission of Applications (Requirements); <br /> (2) Requests for Amended orders of Conditions <br /> (1) Submission of applications shall be by certified nail orb hand topp � e Commission's Administrative � <br /> Secretary, Clerk or Conservation Agent. when delivering by hand, an application shall be stamped with <br /> the date received. As noted in Section 172-5-D of the i fashpec Code, if such applications are complete' <br /> according to this Chapter and its regulations, a hearing shall be conducted within'21 days, unless a <br /> written waiver is provided. <br /> (2) Any request for any Amended order of Conditions shall be filed in compliance with the Regulations <br /> (including Submittal Requirements) as they exist at the time of such request regardless of the <br /> Regulations/Submittal Requirements as they existed at the time of the filing of the Original Notice o <br /> Intent). Application of current performance sta'pdards shall be limited only to those aspects of the <br /> original order of Conditions and/or plans that are bung proposed for amendment. If such a <br /> request is'complete (according to Chapter 172 and its Regulations), a hearing shall be held within 21 <br /> days, unless written waiver to extend the date of the erzng beyond 21 days from receipt of the <br /> application) is provided to the Commission. <br /> Any request for an Amended Order o f Conditions must include a written request letter with comp lete <br /> description of a any departures from the original Notice of Intent and the previous Plan of Record. Also to <br /> be included must be a new plan acceptable to the Commission. The description (letter) and plan shall <br /> include original features and any changes and/or additions to previously approved surface features, <br /> structures as defined in Regulation No. 2 , pools, patios, ground cover, landscaping, natural <br /> vegetation, drainage characteristics, or any other changes which would affect any resource area's <br /> capacity to maintain its wetland values. <br />
