None. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1. R 'AA SE 43-233 51 29 Shoestring.Bay Road, Robert Lurie. Amy Bail.represented the <br /> applicant and described the project. Mchael asked is any opportunity for any vegetation <br /> to be planted that would survive underneath the platform. l&s. Bail thinks there would be. Drew <br /> didn't see any problem.with the project. Michael said we have been trying consistently to <br /> maintain 4 i . docks. Although a silt fence is shown on the plan, Michael recommended <br /> putting in a double haybale line or the equivalent to be or the safe side. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve SE 43-2359 with the condition that <br /> i <br /> there be a double haybale, staked silt fence lire instead of a single silt fence sine. <br /> . RFAA SE 43-2414 132 Shore Drive West, Gerald Segal. Drew described the plan. Jack <br /> queried the placement of the walkway, and Drew will check it out. <br /> . DEP File 0 -39 Sea Quarters Condos, Phase 1. Cass stepped down for this hearing. Drew <br /> described the plan. Michael's principal concerm is the erosion potential in the New Seabury area. <br /> He suggested providing some sort of temporary erosion control, and we need to have <br /> n an gemept protocol. Regulation##12 (Nlitigation) states that there has to be a three-year <br /> management plan. The Regulation does not permit replacement of trees and shrubs with season <br />
