Steve said if someone lives on a great pond or any of the coastal <br /> grater systems, and they don't have a permit for a structure, it is not grandfathered unless it was <br /> there before 1565. i.e., unless the owners can prove that the structure has been there since 1865, <br /> they have to get a pmt.
