Town of Mashpee <br /> : . 6 Great Neck Roach Noah <br /> lMash Massachusetts 2X549 <br /> SLK } <br /> 508-539-1400,x540 <br /> In accordance with thep rovisions of the 'Town of 1 lashpe Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations 'concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, 'Section 40,, <br /> { <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing wig be held on May 25, 2006, at <br /> 7:25 p.m. at the Mashpee 'Town Hall on the application of favid Edlin to amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for SE 43-2411 to allow for maintenance in perpetuity of the a fisting <br /> pier at 5 Bowsprit Point, Assessors Map 105, Block 230. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashp ee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the 1 ashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 arra :oo� Monday through friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the pudic hearing, including date, time and place, wifl be published at <br /> least five days in advance the Mashp a Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines.
