=4 <br /> Town of Mashpee ' <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> r <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 0 -539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Relations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 401, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, public hearing ill be held a the Mashpee Town .all. on <br /> July , 2006, t 7:15 p.m. on the application of Nfich el & Beth Moskowitz to replace <br /> existing ramp with a 3' x 30' ramp, reposition 2 existing piles, rotate second Boat, and <br /> install 4 new piles with maintenance in perpetuity at 146 Popponesset Island Toad, <br /> Assessors map 112, Block 10. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsfimonsi <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Happe <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of :oo and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public bearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the 1rlshpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Ton Hall not less than forty-eight 8 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Envirorumental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
