x <br /> Town Mashpee <br /> 16 Great week Road North <br /> Afahee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539--1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing will,be held on August 3, 200 6, at <br /> 7:1 o p.m. at the Mashpee Town HaU on the application of Jeanne and Lewis Mantel to <br /> amend the order of Conditions for SE 4 -23 13 to include the landscape to the original <br /> plan at 298 Monomoscoy Road, Assessors Map 120, Block 79A, 80, 8 1, 82, and 83. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Cors ion between the hours of :00 and 4:005 Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice o the public hearing, including date, time and place, ��� be published t <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
