Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the fours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE- Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice wiU <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental )protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
