Town of Mashpee <br /> • <br /> 16 Great Neck Road Alorh <br /> Mashpee,Massachuset. 02649 <br /> 505-539-1400 x. 40 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation.Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 7 , Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Daws, a public hearing wild be held at the Mashpee Town Haff on <br /> August 17, 2006, at 7:35 p.m.. on the application of John Pino to construct a wooden <br /> walk-way/stairway, landscaping, and vista pruning at 43 Shoestring Bay Road, Assessors <br /> Map 84, Bloch 26. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans bn file With the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation-Commission been the hours of 8:oo and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines.
