4# <br /> dip <br /> FTown Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road Alor th <br /> �- - � Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing will be field on August 31, 2006, at <br /> :1 o p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall on the application of Bob Ellsworth to amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for SE 43-2223 to include a landscape plan for planting beds above <br /> the stone walls and along the house, brick patio at the rear of the house, and a IaMrn area <br /> at the front of the house at 69 Palmer Road, Assessors Map 66, Block 89. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTA: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, ill be published t <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Mall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
