Laws, a public herring will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> September 14, 2006, at 7:00 00 p.m. on the application of Martin Shaev l to extend a <br /> wa1.lway, coastal bank walkover structure, and beach nourishment at 126 Shore give <br /> West, Assessors lip 132, Block 16. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the A ashpee <br /> Conservation Conmiission between the hours of 8.-00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE.- Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and plane, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod. Times. Notice will <br /> r <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not-less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
