Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508- -1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing will be held on September 2 , 2006, at <br /> 7-40 p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall on the application of Michael Trud eau to amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for SE 43.2029 to add a 4' wooden stairway to the water at 79 <br /> Pickerel Cove Circle, Assessors Map 10, Block 12. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and pians on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Crrnission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Ch <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Concession between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday.. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tunes. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
