MASHPEE CONSERVATION CoMMSSION <br /> Minutes of October 12, 2006 <br /> Public Hearings <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 1 <br /> Commissioners present: Ralph Shaw, Vice Chai nan, Len Pinaud, Clerk, Cass Costa, Jeffrey <br /> Cross, and John Rogers. <br /> Staff present: Steve Solbo, Agent, and Frances Wise, Board Secretary. <br /> Ralph Shaw called the meeting to order at 6:5 5 p.m. <br /> Public Comment: None. <br /> Ton-Hearing Aad <br /> .'� <br /> Old Business: Norge. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1. Mashpee By-Law File 05-3. Brian Casey represented New Seabury. Steve said that New <br /> Seabury filed under the Mashpee By-law only. Two sets of condos off'Fairway Lane have been <br /> approved. The only change requested involves the landscaping inside the 100 f , buffer from <br /> non-native to native plantings, and he recommended mended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously cawed to approve Mashpee B 4aw File 05-3. <br /> 2. Change of time aiiotment for RDA's. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously coed to change the time allotment for RDA's from <br /> five minutes to three fninutes. <br /> j, Approval of mutes for 9128/06. <br /> Motion made, seconded and u.nanimously cawed to approve the minutes for 9128106. <br /> Hearing Agenda: <br /> 7:00 #m., Scott Vetstein, 14 Capstan Circle(remove existing septic and install new Title <br /> system). Jack Vacarro represented the applicant. Steve said the current septic is on the water <br /> side and the new system will be on the road side. The existing septic is in the flood zone and <br /> within-the buffer zone and resource areas. He said it's a plus situation, <br />
