. <br /> 16 GreatNeck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649- <br /> 508-5. 9-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance With the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands,, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40,. <br /> Massachusetts General laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee "down Hall o <br /> December 281, 2006, at 7:03 PM on the application of Marc & June Levy to raze existing <br /> dwelling and reconstruct single family hone, driveay, retaining walls, landscaping and <br /> utilities at 16 Fells Circle, Assessors Map 122, Block 215. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John'J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4-00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wifl be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
