Mash , Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations conceming wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing will be held on Larch 22, 2007 at <br /> :I5 p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall on the application of Robert Lurie to amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for SE 43-23 3 5 to amend the access pathway for the approved pier at <br /> 29 Shoestring a Road, Assessors Map 84, Block 23. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of intent and puns on file V1ith the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Comrrussion.. <br /> Jahn J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman ` <br /> i <br /> Copies of the Notice of intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Conu fission between the hours of 8-00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> TOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will he published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise r Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than fofty-eight (48) hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
