k <br /> .J <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> ~ 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> th <br /> Mash ee# Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 50 -539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing will be held on April 19, 2007, at <br /> 7:03 p.rn. .at the Mashpee Town Hall on the application of Jane Weinstein to amend the. <br /> Order of Conditions for SE 43-2135 to reflect the revised design of the proposed single <br /> family dwelling, the proposed leaching facility location, to construct and maintain ars in- <br /> ground swimming pool, and a proposed barn at 387 Monomoscoy Toad, Assessors Map <br /> 125, Block 3. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office off the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Conm`ssion between the hours of 8:00 ars 4;00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Ma hpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Region <br /> ffic for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
