w <br /> WIY lip <br /> Townof Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck load North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Torn of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw; Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1,x Section 401 <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, the public hearing wiH be held on April 19, 2007, at <br /> 7:24 PM at the Mashpee Town Hall on the application of Baypoint LLC to amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for S 43-2380 for changes to the landscape plan including <br /> construction of stone walls at the entrance and additional plantings at Great Oak Road, <br /> i Assessors Map 126, Blocks 4 and 2. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission, <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may- e examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:001, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee, Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted i Town lull not less than forty-eight 8 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
