• _ <br /> 16 Great Neck Road Alort <br /> r <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Utz 508-539-1400-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 2, .Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> May 3, 2007,, at x:24 PM on the application of John Reardon, to construct and maintain in <br /> perpetuity a stairway to edge-of salt marsh at 55 Amy Brown Road, Assessors Map 109, <br /> Block 28. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairnum <br /> Copies of the Nonce of Intent - may be examined at .the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Concession between the fours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice-of the public hearing, including date, time and plane, will be published at <br /> bast five 5 days in,advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'dimes.
