Jennifer introduced the project, and <br /> described the 2 small additions as well as the grading that would need to be done t <br /> accommodate the construction. Steve added that this is flood zone, about 200-300' from <br /> the water, he then recommended a negative deterrnination. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously approved. <br /> 7:09 PM—Paul Boucher, 196 1 lonomoseny Road, remodel existing dock within <br /> sane footprint) <br /> Mark Burns representing the applicant. lurk explained that he is simply rebuilding the <br /> dock that is in serious disrepair.. Steve Solbo asked Mr. Palumbo about how <br /> many trees would have to be removed as a result of the upgrade. fix. Palumbo sa'd, "A <br /> couple, maybe 1 or 2." After looking closely at the location of the leech field, Steve had <br /> no more questions as it was deemed out of the ConMission's jurisdiction.
