IL <br /> N <br /> * Town Mas e e <br /> • <br /> 16 Great Neck Road Mo t <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw* Chapter <br /> 1727 Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13.I,, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mash ee Town Mall on <br /> May 3, 2007, at 7:00 PM on the application of Massachusetts Department of <br /> Conservation and Recreation, to replace two existing culverts and will restore degraded <br /> salt marsh at South Cape Beach, Great -Oak Road, Assessors Map 130, Block 1 and <br /> Assessors Map 135, Block 23. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman , <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing; including date, time and place, Will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less thart•forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
