Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing will be held on May 17, 200 7,, at <br /> 7:15 p.m. at the Ma hpee Town Fall on the application of Joseph Ganglia to amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for SE 43-2465 for an alternate access-over the subject property at <br /> 644 Triton Way, Assessors Map 127, Bloch 86. <br /> In accordance V1ith the Notice of Intent and plans on fie with the lashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John I Fitzsimons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Ma hpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hers of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday throe Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days 'in advance in the Ma tepee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
