Mas Pee <br /> • <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> ELSE 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance With the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing-will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> June 281 2007, at 7:03 PM on the application of Charlotte Florence, to reconstruct the <br /> revetment and coastal bank reveetation at 78 Triton way and o Beach Triton way, <br /> Assessors Map 132 Block 3 and Assessors Map 127 Block 99. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of 'the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Conssion between the hours of 8:00 and :oo, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wil-I be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice wHl <br /> also be posted in Town Fall not less than forty-eight 8 hours advance. <br /> You may also contact 'the nearest ep rtment of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection ,Act.
