Town Mashpee <br /> ak <br /> • 16 Great Deck Boyd NOrth <br /> r chustts 02649 <br /> 0 -539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance w pith the provisions of t,he Town of Mashpee-Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Regulations. concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachsett General Laves, the public hearing will be held on August-23, 2007, at <br /> 7:06p.m. at the Mashpee Town all on the application of Jeffrey Cross to amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for SB 43-2451 to move the proposed bulkhead at. 86 Waterway, <br /> Assessors Map 105, Block 215. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concision, <br /> John J. Fitz "rfnons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> 4 <br /> TOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wiH be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town HaH not less than forty-eight hogs im advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Envirommental Protection regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
