S <br /> I <br /> Town of Mas elle <br /> 4P <br /> • 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance With the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter- 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town on <br /> October 41, 2007, at 7:09 PM on the application of Kenneth l larsters, to remove old <br /> vegetation and construct a driveway on each lot with ntigating plantings at 10 South <br /> Sandwich Road, Assessors Map-28, Blocks 13 9. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and-plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John I Fitzsimmons <br /> F Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission betee the hogs of 8;00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE. Notice of thep ublic hearing, including date, time and place, wiH be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'dimes: Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
