He received no response to the violation and followed up by sending out an <br /> enforcement order. The agent did sit down with Christopher Joyce the landscaper hired by the applicant. <br /> The agent found the plans still to be inadequate to cover the concerns raised by the agent as well as the <br /> abutters. The abutters hired Michael Talbot(landscaper)who sat down with the went and Mr.Joyce to <br /> Bash out an adequate plan. The subsequent plan has been approved and includes substantial migRative <br /> plantings,which consist of many types of native plants. <br /> 2 SE -2494—96 captain's Row—Add pervious surface to end of driNewaw (Previously beard <br /> and closed on 10/0412007) <br /> The agent d sib d that the changes to the driveway were recommended at the last meeting to help with <br /> any run off that may be created or.currently exist. He presented the new plan to the Commission for <br /> review. It was found in good standing and will move forward with no additional approval needed. <br /> Approve Minutes from 09/20/2007 ti <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously caned to approve the minutes from 09120/2007. <br /> Cranberry Bogs <br /> The agent informed the Commission that he would be meeting with Haley and Aldrich to go over the <br /> findings of the bog feasibility study on October 23, 2007. Afterthe all the information has been gathered <br /> the letters will be seat out to get bids from potential growers. . <br /> Hearinci Aeenda <br /> y <br /> :00 p.m. Michael and Judith Welch,AOC—277 Il onomosco Load (continued from 09/20/2007) <br /> The applicants have requested a continuance until 1111512007 @ 7:00,p.m. The agent did inform the <br /> Commission.that it is being continued due to the fact that the landscape layout has changed and needs <br /> an amended order. <br /> Motion rade,seconded and unanimously carried for a contin uance until 11/15/20 @ :00 p.m. <br /> 7:03 p.m. Blanche Po erski, AOC—83 Whippoorwill Circle (Berth a 17' Whaler <br /> (Cass costa stepped down on this application.) <br /> Mark Raymond (contractor) of Mark Raymond Survey and Associates represented the applicant and <br /> described the applicants wish to bertha 17'Whaler at the existing pier. The request is to amend the <br /> original order that pertained only to the pier issued in August of 2007 under-SE 3-2482.
