i <br /> t <br /> To w' n Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> �- Mash , Massachusetts 02 649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> } <br /> In <br /> accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 125 Mules and Regulations concerning- wetlands, and Chapter .13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts,General Laws, the public hearing will be held on November 1, 20071, at <br /> 7: M at the Mashpee Town Fall on the application of Baypoint LLC to Amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for S 43-2380 for the front entrance- landscaping to include <br /> repositioning the stone wall, revised plantings and lawn areas -at Great Oak Road, <br /> Assessors Map 126, Blocks 4 and 2. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies. of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the pubUc hearing, including date, time and-place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
