Pick et al,, to construct <br /> and license a pier, ramp, and float with maintenance mn perpetuity at 106 Captains Row, <br /> Assessors Map 96, Block 15. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the 1ashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of latent may be examined at the office of the Mashpe . <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 80.00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place,-wifl be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mahpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice wiU <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 8 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Envirommental Protection Regional <br /> Tice for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
