UL <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck RoadNorth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing will be held on November 29, 2007, at <br /> 7:03 PM at the Mashpee Town Hall on the application of New Seabury Properties to <br /> Amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-2387 to construct a new single family home, <br /> landscaping, pool, and associated appurtenances at 28 Flat Pond Circle (Lot #14 Flat <br /> Pond Subdivision), Assessors Map 131, Block 8. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five (5) days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight (48) hours in'advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
