MAS PEE HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> APRIL 25, 2007 <br /> Present: Mary Scanlan,Norma Kumin, Ronnie Warden, Jim Long, Kevin Terrill, Louise Patrick. <br /> The Minutes of March 21, 2007 were unanimously accepted. <br /> The Committee talked about the upcoming Town Meeting, and Mary Scanlan,Norma Kunnin, <br /> and Ronnie Warden plan on attending. Committee members will be available to answer <br /> questions if necessary. Louise requested to be excused from atending due to another <br /> commitment. <br /> The Committee discussed possible alternate members, Laura Toomey and an older gentleman. <br /> The Committee will invite there to come to one-of our meetings. <br /> The Committee will resume site visits to the Human Service Agencies in the fall. <br /> Jim Long moved to amend the budget to reflect redirecting funds from CC Council on <br /> Alcoholism to Gosnold. The Committee voted in favor unanimously. Louise will follow up and <br /> call Ray Tamasi at Gosnoldd-about incorporating the funds allocated to the CC Council on <br /> Alcoholism. Gosnold has an outreach counselor for the Mashpee Council on Aging. <br /> Falmouth is building five Habitat for Humanity houses that will be open to Mashpee residents. <br /> The deadline to apply is June 1St. <br /> Louise presented her Coordinator's Report. <br /> NEXT MEETING: WEDNESDAY, MAY 16, 2007. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 3:5 0 p.m. <br /> Mary Ge sthorpe, Recording ecretary <br />
