Town o Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Roach North <br /> �►il Ma ►, Massachusetts setts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing wifl be held on February 7, 2008, at <br /> 7:21 PM at the Mashpee Town Hall on the application of Geoffrey Willis to Amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for SE 4 -2454 to allow the 10' x 11.5' platform at 65 Hoopl <br /> Road,, Assessors Map 57, Block 58. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on ale with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concession. <br /> John I Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies ofthe Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:oo and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice-of the public hearing, iri luding date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'Tunes. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
